Painting small watercolor images on natural hand-dyed paper has been so much fun! These tiny images are only 5×7″ on 8×10″ 100% cotton paper. They are watercolor and ink with gold leaf embellishment. I love the richness of the paper contrasting with the simple image and shiny gold leaf. “Nightingale” and “Owlie” are tea stained paper and “Dance with me” is a pale blue paper made from red cabbage.
